After moving to Dripping Springs 4 years ago, we instantly fell in love with the place and the people.

We thought we could add to the community by providing fresh-baked pastries that are inspired by our homeland,

so we created The Great British Baking Co.

We create feel good food for those on the go, or anyone who wants to relax in our dining room.

We are aiming to change the perception of British food in Texas, so we thoroughly hope you enjoy our selection!
